Catherine E. Graziano has been a member of the Rhode Island Bar since 1986.
In addition to practicing law, she is an Associate Judge with the Providence Municipal Court since 1998.
Attorney Graziano was a former Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence from 1988 to 1998 wherein, she handled matters such as Superior Court defense litigation, District Court litigation, Housing and Municipal Court prosecutions. In addition, she has experience as legal counsel to the Retirement Board, the Providence Zoning Board and various Providence City Council committees.
From 1987 to 1988, Attorney Graziano was an Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, to the Commissioner of Public Safety in Providence, Rhode Island.
Attorney Graziano has successfully tried many cases before juries in the Superior Court and has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury litigation, probate practice, District Court, Traffic Court defense, and municipal law. Also, Attorney Graziano has represented clients at the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Department of Labor and Training and other state agencies.
